Evergreen Pest Control Services

Ten years of pest control from Malé

Evergreen Pest Control Services marked ten years in business with a LinkedIn post in April 2026. Its website and its LinkedIn page both date the company to 2016. LinkedIn shows its headquarters in Malé and gives a company size of eleven to fifty employees.

Its LinkedIn About section speaks of pest management for homes, hotels, offices and construction sites across Malé and the Maldives. The website aims its general services at the food industry, households, commercial warehouses, resorts and safari boats.

At home: tracing the source

Its domestic service lists rodent control, insect control, and bug and ant control. The website says a qualified, trained and insured technician tracks down the source and does any proofing needed, such as blocking holes or fixing defects. Proofing means sealing the gaps and cracks that let pests in. It adds that the team explains what is involved at every stage of a treatment.

Termite control, residential pest management and mosquito and rodent control appear among the specialties on its LinkedIn page.

Businesses, kitchens and consultancy

For businesses it lists rodent, ant, mosquito, fly and cockroach control, plus a disinfection service. The website says this work covers single-site and multi-site businesses, from manufacturing facilities and restaurants to warehouses and office buildings.

Its consultancy sets up integrated pest management plans, trains technicians and inspectors, runs field surveys, and monitors plans during construction and after handover. Integrated pest management, or IPM, blends prevention and routine monitoring with treatment aimed only where pests turn up. Food safety training covers basic hygiene for food handlers, food safety auditing, supplier audits and allergen control.

Equipment it supplies

Evergreen also sells pest-control equipment: Linnea fly traps, Flycutor fly control units, Fedon air curtains, PVC strip curtains, rat bait stations and Mosclean insect traps. Its rat bait station page carries a Get a quote button and a catalogue download link.

The standards it sets out

Its website says its treatments meet the standards set by the WHO and the FAO. These are the World Health Organization and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. It says the chemicals it uses meet public health standards and suit the food and catering industry. The website also describes quality inspections when required, and a regular reporting system that gathers customer feedback.

Questions to settle before a treatment

Termites feature in the pest notes on its website, with prevention tips such as replacing water-damaged wood. What follows is general guidance for any pest-control booking. Termites first: request a proper inspection, then find out whether the treatment goes after the nest itself or just the timber that shows damage. With any pest, learn which method the technician intends and the reason for choosing it.

Its mosquito notes stress removing standing water, where eggs and larvae develop. For mosquitoes, check whether the visit deals with drains and standing water as well as the adults in the air.

Its Eliminator rat bait stations are galvanised iron boxes that lock with a key and hold bait or glue pads. With rats, agree where each station or trap will sit and who returns to check and empty it.

A February 2026 post on its LinkedIn page warns that stored cardboard draws cockroaches and rodents, and offers inspections to find such risks early. Restaurants, guest houses and offices weighing a contract can ask how many visits a year it covers, what happens at each one, and how extra visits are billed.
