The service
Dhoraashi is a free service. Free for people finding a home, and free for landlords — verified listings, no fees, no catch.
Listings
Every Verified listing is checked to the published standard before it gets its badge, and every badge on a listing means exactly what that standard says.
We may decline a listing, or remove one, when it fails that standard. A landlord can ask for their listing or record to be taken down at any time — the removal flow hides it first and asks questions after.
Questions and disputes
Anything you disagree with — a listing, a badge, a removal — goes through the contact page, and it reaches the people who do the checks.
Operator and law
Dhoraashi is operated by White Cowrie Private Limited, Malé. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Maldives.
