Commissioning a build

Local.mv, a Maldives business directory, files it under Construction, Renovation & Refurbishment, Construction Materials and Carpentry. Treat what follows as general guidance for any building contract, not a claim about Vimlla Construction & Trade. If you hire equipment, agree the hire period, who runs the machine and who pays for any damage. Design and build means one firm draws the plans and builds them; ask who approves each drawing before work starts. When the builder supplies materials, ask for the brand and grade of cement and steel in writing.
