Project Solutions Pvt Ltd

From interior design firm to design-and-build contractor

Project Solutions Pvt Ltd began in 2015 as an interior design firm and grew into a full construction company, its Company page says. Today it builds and develops property, with its head office in Malé. It takes on homes, commercial work and turnkey jobs of every scope. A turnkey job is handed over finished and ready to move into. The home page shows it as a member of MNACI, the Maldives National Association of Construction Industry.

Renovation, finishing and new building

Its Services page lists building maintenance and renovation, interior finishing and design-build work. In design and build, one firm draws up the plans and then builds them. Larger work runs to general contracting, new buildings, hotels, guesthouses and civil engineering.

Help before and during the build

Before work starts, it offers architectural drawings, quantity surveying, site evaluation and MEP design. MEP means the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, and a quantity surveyor works out the materials and labour a design needs. It also helps with permits and with financial planning, including loan plans.

Its project management covers scheduling, buying and moving materials, checks on the work, safety and live progress tracking. The home page says the budget and schedule set at signing change only under agreed terms, and finished projects get aftercare.

Projects on its books

Its Projects page dates work from 2017 to 2024, including several multi-storey buildings. Smaller jobs on the list include apartment interior works, a private terrace and a terrace extension in HulhuMale' (Hulhumalé). The page also names Ghaazee School, the Yonder Retreat guesthouse on Bodufolhudhoo, Coffee Council and a café-restaurant.

A June 2025 article on its site urges owners to have the structure designed for more floors than first planned. Adding floors later, it notes, needs an engineer's check, a drawing change approval and a permit.

Safety, contact and listings

Its Company page says safety is planned into every part of the work, and all employees are OSHA certified. OSHA training follows the United States rules for safe work on sites. Enquiries go through a contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email. It also develops and lets residential and commercial rental property around Greater Malé.

Its Local.mv listing files it under renovation and refurbishment, and its PinkBazaar entry under construction and repair in Male (Malé). Its PinkBazaar entry gives its hours as nine in the morning to five in the afternoon, every day except Friday. Maldives YP adds civil and structural engineering to its categories.

Points to settle before a build or renovation

Its management service includes change order control, the handling of changes to the plan. What follows is general guidance for anyone planning building or renovation work, not a description of this company. Ask for a programme split into stages, a single site contact by name, and a written price for each change before it begins.

Design-build work and permit help are on its list. If the builder also draws the plans, ask who owns the drawings and who applies for approvals.

Renovation of existing buildings is one of its construction services. Tie each payment to a finished stage, holding a final part until the snag list of small faults is cleared.

Apartment interior works appear on its project list. In a block of flats, check the rules on working hours, lift use and debris, and get the owner's permission first.
