Aabin Investment

Interiors, woodwork and refurbishment

Aabin Investment appears on Local.mv, a Maldives business directory, as a building, interior design and woodworking specialist. Its listing, posted in December 2019, names building works, property refurbishment, structural alterations, repairs and home improvements. The same listing describes interior and architectural design and execution for corporate, commercial, hotel and residential clients. Trades named include civil works, carpentry, gypsum work, POP (plaster of Paris), soft furnishing, electrical, flooring, painting, fabrication and trade-show displays.

Planning an interior job

Local.mv files it under Interior Designers and Renovation & Refurbishment. The pointers below are general advice for any interior or refurbishment job, not a portrait of Aabin Investment. Ask to approve the design drawings and a list of materials, with brands, before work begins. Gypsum and POP build lowered ceilings that hide cables and hold lights; ask where access panels will go so the wiring stays reachable. Ask for electrical work and painting on separate lines, so each trade can be weighed on its own.
