Fitted furniture, tiles and pipes: what to ask

Local.mv files it under Carpentry, Construction and Home Improvement. These are general tips for carpentry and renovation jobs, not claims about RFOUR. For a bathroom, ask whether waterproofing goes under the tiles and whether spare tiles will be left for repairs. For built-in furniture, ask for a drawing with measurements to approve before any board is cut, and check that fitting is included. When pipes move, ask for a pressure test before the wall is closed and tiled.
