Coolink Maldives

Cool Ink, the company behind Coolink

The Coolink Maldives website presents Cool Ink Maldives Pvt Ltd, an air-conditioning company that its About page says started in 2015 as a sole proprietorship. The same page says it became a private limited company in 2018. By its own account it opened the Cool Ink Shop in 2022, added Cool Ink Hardware in 2023 and moved into cleaning services in 2024.

The systems it works on

Its About page lists work on wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted AC, VRV units (one outdoor unit feeding several indoor units), ducted systems, chillers, cold rooms and marine AC. The page adds that it services commercial refrigeration systems. Its Services page groups the work as AC duct installation and services, AC installation, AC maintenance and AC repair.

Clients it names

Its home page names clients including the People's Majlis, Adaaran Resorts and its Malé office, Evo Gym and Extreme Gym. It lists monthly servicing for Total Fitness Group since 2016 and for Aasandha Company since 2017. Cleaning work at Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital, and work for Athama International and Atama Marine, complete the list.

Team, hours and areas

The About page describes more than 45 employees, including commissioning and service technicians and janitors. It says the company runs a 24-hour service for critical sites such as hospitals, server rooms and supermarkets. Its Services page describes air-conditioning service in Malé.

Booking, and what to ask

The site has a Request AC Service page, with routes for a service visit or a new installation, and a contact page. These questions are general guidance for AC work of any size. For a ducted or VRV system, ask the team to inspect it first and quote in writing, unit by unit. For a maintenance plan, get the number of yearly visits in writing, and a list of what is cleaned and tested at each one. For a new installation, ask whether the unit gets a dedicated breaker and fresh cable from the board. If a part needs replacing, ask for the part's name in writing, with its warranty.
