B.K.A Investment

Builders with an electrical side

On Local.mv, a Maldives business directory, B.K.A Investment's listing from February 2020 names building and construction as its specified trade. The listing says that work ranges from multi-storey, estate and industrial buildings to mass projects and renovation projects. It also lists carpentry works and electric works, such as installing generator sets and panel boards. Its categories are Construction, Electrical and Plumbers, with Malé as its location.

Big projects and small: what to settle first

The listing links to the company's pages on Facebook and X. Here is some general guidance for building and electrical projects of this kind. With a generator set, agree who arranges the utility and building approvals, and get the scope in writing. For renovation, tie each payment to a finished stage of the work. For built-in carpentry, confirm the board or timber, the finish and the hardware brand before work starts.
