TH Construction Pvt Ltd

A Malé builder with many trades under one roof

TH Construction Pvt Ltd is a building company based in Malé whose services run from painting and renovation to welding and boat hull repair. Its home page says it works for residential and commercial clients in Malé and on other islands. Its About page covers residential, commercial and industrial projects, from new builds and renovations to custom fit-outs.

Painting and finishing

Its painting service applies protective coats, paint and decorative finishes to inside and outside surfaces. The page names waterproofing, anti-fungal coatings and textured designs among its specialist finishes. Anti-fungal coatings help keep mould off damp walls, a common worry in humid island homes.

Renovation and interior fit-out

Its renovation page covers repairing damaged areas, updating old designs and reworking layouts to use space better. The page adds that a renovation often brings in plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring and carpentry work.

For interiors, its fit-out service lists flooring, ceilings, partitions, lighting, HVAC and furniture installation. HVAC means heating, ventilation and air-conditioning. It names homes, offices, hotels and shops as places it fits out.

New buildings, steel and boats

For new buildings, it lists site preparation, foundations, structural framing, roofing, wiring, plumbing and interior finishing. Its welding service, dated 9 February 2026, covers structural steel, metal fabrication and repairs. Its most recent service page, dated 4 April 2026, adds hull repair for boats. That work covers rust removal, replacing damaged metal plates, welding and preparing the surface for repainting.

The team behind it

Its home page describes a team that brings hands-on project experience, site coordination and local building knowledge to each job. Its About page speaks of years of experience in the construction industry. The home page also introduces its three directors, including a managing director and a chief operating officer.

Enquiries, and questions for a renovation

Enquiries go through a quote request, phone or email. These are general tips for anyone planning a renovation or repaint in Malé; they are not claims about TH Construction. Ask for a written scope that prices each trade, such as plumbing, wiring, tiling and painting, as its own line. For damp or mouldy walls, ask which treatment goes on before the paint, and why. If a wall or layout will change, ask who checks the structure and whether any permission is needed first. Ask how long the work will run and how the site stays safe if people still live there.
