Cool House

About Cool House

Cool House has two Hiyaa listings: one for repairing washing machines, fridges and other household appliances, and one for air-conditioning work. Both listings went live on Hiyaa, a Maldives rentals and home-services site, in April 2026. iBay adverts that carry the same contact details bundle the same trades, offering AC, washing machine and fridge repair and servicing.

Household appliances it repairs

The appliance listing starts with washing machines, then names fridges and freezers, water heaters, and microwaves and ovens. Small appliances and general electronics complete the list, and each repair is priced on request. Tips in this profile are general guidance for anyone booking appliance or AC work, not statements about Cool House. For a washing machine, read the brand and model from its label and note any error code on the display, so the technician can bring the likely part. For a fridge that runs but stays warm, ask what the visit checks first: the fan, the thermostat or the gas. For a water heater, ask for the wiring and the safety valve to be checked along with the heating element. A microwave can hold a dangerous electric charge even when unplugged, so leave its casing closed and let the technician open it.

Air-conditioning jobs

On the cooling side, the AC listing offers a full service, new installation, taking a unit down, and water-leak fixes. Before a unit comes off the wall, the gas is usually pumped back into the outdoor unit, so the AC can be refitted later without a fresh refill. If you are moving home, ask for the take-down and the refit to be quoted together.

The iBay adverts with the same contact details are listed in Malé, under AC servicing, electrical and wiring, and washing-machine repair. The newest of these adverts was updated on 21 August 2026.

Areas and enquiries

The appliance listing covers Malé, Hulhumalé and Villimalé, while the AC listing names Malé and Hulhumalé. Both listings take enquiries by phone and WhatsApp.
