NEXRO

High-rise painting, home renovation and carpentry

Its paint page says NEXRO's painters have finished the outside of high-rise housing towers in Hulhumalé Phase 2. The company, Nexro Pvt Ltd, is based in Hulhumalé and works for homes, businesses, resorts and government clients across the Maldives.

Its About page describes three divisions: construction, paint and finishes, and tank solutions. The same page says one team carries a project from planning and buying materials through to handover.

Paint and finishes

Its painting service covers inside and outside walls of homes and commercial buildings, including high-rise work that needs special access. The service list adds crack filling, texture spraying, sealing and colour consultation. Texture spraying puts a patterned coat on a wall. A sealer is a first coat that helps paint grip and hold out damp.

The paint division also lists anti-graffiti, fire-resistant and waterproof coatings, plus wallpaper, textured finishes and custom designs. Its project list includes the exterior of Hulhumalé Hospital, finished with crack filling, texture spraying, sealer and paint.

Renovation, fit-out and carpentry

Renovation work runs from a single room to a whole building, for homes, commercial property and resort villas. The page names villa and guest-room refurbishment, and office and retail fit-out. A fit-out turns a bare space into a finished, usable room.

Its carpenters make custom furniture, cabinets, doors and trim. The site says it has delivered fitted furniture across housing developments in Hulhumalé. The construction division also takes on new buildings and civil works such as foundations and concrete.

How it takes on a job

Its About page commits to a written scope of work, covering exactly what is included, before anything starts. The same page describes a workmanship warranty of one to two years, covering materials, workmanship, leaks, structural integrity and coating performance. It also lists milestones agreed up front, plainly set payment terms, and regular safety training with the right protective gear.

Tanks, resorts and island sites

Beyond homes, NEXRO designs, builds, maintains and repairs storage tanks for diesel, petrol and water, with sandblasting and protective coatings. Sandblasting blasts rust and old paint off steel so that a new coating can bond. Its project list also covers villa renovation and roof thatch replacement at resorts, plus government and public buildings.

Its home page puts Malé and Hulhumalé first among the places it works, alongside resort and island sites nationwide. Several listed projects are in Hulhumalé, including a residence fit-out and finishing works at a block of flats.

Requesting a quote, and what to ask

Enquiries go through a quotation form, a phone call or WhatsApp, and the site asks for drawings or a short description of the job. These questions are general guidance for any painting or renovation job, not statements about NEXRO. How will the walls be prepared, and are crack filling and a sealer coat inside the quote? Which paint will go on each surface, and how many coats? For an outside wall, how will the team reach it safely, and who arranges any access permission? What does the warranty cover, for how long, and is it written down? Who moves and covers furniture, and who clears up at the end?
